15 Second Summary	Tammy Gunn is an android mercenary and gangster from a far future cyberpunk setting. She's fashionable and charming, but it doesn't take long to tell that she's pretty shady and has very casual attitude towards violence, though she doesn't go around starting fights, and prefers not to have innocent people come to harm. She's a hedonist who freely indulges in a variety of pleasures when she can. Despite a seemingly irresponsible personality, Tammy is clever and alert, good at scheming all sorts of shady operations, and a skilled tactician. She's not book-smart, but she knows what a good android merc needs to know. She's pretty affable, and likes chatting people up, but doesn't get along well with snobby or stuck-up people.
Abilities & Permissions
Abilities	Is an android with several augmentations: - Stronger than baseline humans. - Durable, able to ignore pain if she wants, feels almost no fatigue, hard to kill. - Reflexes and speed like whoa (if not The Flash levels) - Can jump around like an anime character - Withstands temperature and other environmental extremes well. - Resistant to radiation, not that it matters. - Enhanced knuckles for punching really good. - Stun-gun in left hand. - Super good enhanced hearing. - Really good aim - Stealth mode that mutes all her transmissions and makes her sneaky against other robot types - Battlefield radar that basically gives her a videogame minimap - Wireless transmission abilities mentioned below. Decent firewalls to defend against hacking. - Can hack modern phones and computers remotely, but anything more complex is unlikely, since her ability to hack is very rudimentary for her setting. She can do this much because she's from the 43rd century and her brain is a computer.
Permissions	I'm good with just about anything! Just contact me for potential death or mutilation or torture, but it should be fine.
Sensing	Tammy is an android, and she reads as being both organic and mechanical. Her brain is a very advanced computer. Anybody with some sort of machine empathy ability would be able to interact with her in that capacity, as would normal telepaths. Machine empathy powers and the like would easily discover that she is actually a menial labor android designed for mining. Bringing this up is likely to result in a hostile reaction. She is able to get some basic facts on other computerized lifeforms the same way. Namely, she can tell if somebody is organic or mechanical or both, like her. Tammy can detect strong electromagnetic signals (radio, cellular, microwave, infrared, etc.) and can pick them up and interpret them if they aren't encrypted. It isn't strong enough that she can listen in on people's phone calls or anything. She can also wirelessly transmit said signals, which allows her to interface remotely with computers and such, ala wi-fi. She gives off low level signals of this kind constantly and unconsciously. She can send messages through radio frequencies, call and text phones without talking, and activate and deactivate devices remotely. She can essentially communicate telepathically with other beings that are sort of like her. She can download files into her brain, and then email them. She can even organize her own thoughts into files and email those. Being a robot is pretty cool.
